If you and your groom aren't especially fond of traditional wedding cake, how about serving a dessert made of delicate European-style crepes, instead? Light and airy, each cake from the Charleston Crepe Company consists of 25 (we counted!) made-by-hand crepes hand-layered with a light vanilla, chocolate, or lemon creme. Choose your favorite flavors and arrange two or three on top of each other to create a tiered cake display; you could even dust the cake with confectioner's sugar and decorate the tiers with fresh berries or flowers.
