This hairstyle was one of my favorites from bridal market last week—a graceful, intricate chignon seen at the Pronovias runway show. Stylist Zahir Ziani from Red Door Spas Fifth Avenue created the look using Kérastese Oleo-Relax products for extra shine. He began by creating volume and height by teasing the roots with a fine-tooth comb in the front, on the sides, and along the crown. Zahir then secured hair at the nape of the neck, pulled it back smoothly, and pinned artistically for added dimension. Vintage hairpins were added for some subtle sparkle. Zahir told me backstage that if a bride has thin locks, he recommends using a foam chignon ring for extra thickness and volume.
