Called Beverly Hills, this Watters dress creates an architectural shape with draped silk gazar and a soft tulle skirt. The waist is accentuated with a beaded belted featuring crystals and metal sequins. "From the ease of the beach to the glamour of Hollywood to the romance of Wine Country," says designer Xay Vongphachanh, who was inspired by the state of California.
