This two-piece gown with a voluminous skirt of several tiers and hand appliques was inspired by Florence—the experience of culture, art, music, architecture, and the city's way of life. Working in laces, light and airy organzas and textured fabrics, the designer wanted to achieve a feeling of romantic elegance that was also fashion-forward.
