Inspired by the blossoming springtime trees in New York City's Central Park, designer Rita Vinieris wanted to create something "dreamy, fresh, and airy." For this dress, Vinieris created an elongated pleated organza bodice with a layered asymmetrical pickup skirt and a textured ruffle cascading across the body into a single shoulder strap.
