Although it incorporates traditional details and motifs, this dress is designed to feel very modern. As for the inspiration for the rest of the collection, the designer was inspired by her international travels: "I live in New York and travel all over the world on a regular basis," says Reem Acra. "Every few months I find myself in Europe or the Middle East. This collection incorporates the flavor and attitudes I pick up when visiting these different countries and enjoying their different cultures."
