Gossip Girl actress Michelle Trachtenberg arrived at the School of American Ballet's recent winter ball wearing a stunningly whimsical Marchesa gown (which I hope we see a bridal version of soon—so pretty!) paired with romantic loose waves swept into a low side ponytail. I love how her part was done on the opposite side of where the ponytail fell; it adds the perfect amount of balance to the hairstyle. I'm also obsessed with her makeup, which you can see closer in this shot:
I love how it's clean and pretty, but the colors are still bold enough to show up on camera—I think this makeup would be perfect for a dreamy formal wedding at night. What do you think—do you like Michelle's hair and makeup here? Would you wear it?
