Beer and wine receptions we've heard of. And a fully-stocked bar we actually prefer. But for Will and Kate's wedding, the powers that be have decided to only serve wine and champagne—a decision that's taken most people by surprise and sent the beer industry into a tizzy. The Mirror reports that beer was deemed "unsuitable for such a prestigious occasion," given the formality of the event and the presence of the Queen. In fact, Will and Kate have reportedly agreed to forgo alcohol all together, which at least frees Kate from a potential run-in with a glass of red wine. —Phillip B. Crook
