Love this idea: Instead of ice cream, serve guests Hawaiian-style shave ice as a refreshing way to cool off on a warm, sunny day. This Southern California couple hired local company Tropical Shave Ice to park their truck at their wedding reception and offer guests made-to-order shave ice. Guests can choose from a variety of syrup flavors (Tropical Shave Ice even has a flavor called "Tiger's Blood"—paging Charlie Sheen!)—they'll love such an unexpected sweet treat. —Heather Lee
