Here's some exciting news for NJ brides looking for a wedding venue. The Elan, a brand-new catering hall, is opening later this month in Lodi. The venue offers three ballrooms (a rendering of the Grand Ballroom is above), as well as a top-notch catering team. Owner Ari Starkman and his team have some really unique food ideas for weddings, including gourmet pizza bars (think: shrimp scampi pizza), DIY s'mores bars, and fresh mozzarella stations.
