Getting flawless skin (sans Photoshop)

Make Up For Ever's new advertisement (pictured above) features a completely unretouched model—and is possibly the first unretouched makeup ad ever. The campaign is designed to showcase that women can look—and photograph—their best without digital enhancements by using Make Up For Ever's HD Invisible Cover Foundation (which is available in 26 shades for $40 at Sephora). Of course, the woman in the ad obviously has youth, beauty, and a professional makeup artist on her side, but as someone who regularly uses the HD foundation, I have to say it does make your skin look amazing on camera. And for your wedding day, that's key—high def products are lightweight, and contain skin-flattering pigments, so they pack a powerful punch when it comes to covering up imperfections without being noticeable in photos or videos. Plus they don't contain SPF or minerals, which can interfere with camera flash and make you look washed-out in photos. (Not to mention your face and chest will be different colors.)
