BRIDES magazine is currently looking for bakers nationwide to participate in their highly-anticipating upcoming feature about beautiful wedding cakes.
Bakers can submit design sketches or photographs of cakes by Friday, February 4, 2011. Submissions will be evaluated by BRIDES editors, and semifinalists will be selected and asked to create sugar samples for the next round of judging. Finalists will prepare a three- or four-tier wedding cake, which must be shipped or delivered to New York City for a photography session in May. The winners will be unveiled in the September 2011 issue of BRIDES.
