This elaborately-beaded and floral-appliquéd tulle dress features handkerchief draping lined in silk. Designer Claire Pettibone describes her new collection as luminescent, lyrical, romantic and says her inspiration came from "when night settles in, the moon rises, and the fairies come out to dance and play." Expect to see sparkly elements through out the rest of the collection like shimmer on tulle and silk, as well as lots of fabric detail and texture. —Cari Wolfert
