This glamorous gown features an elongated, draped, asymmetrical bodice and a skirt of cascading, pleated organza. "I love the elegant details, and feminine touches of this style," says designer Michael Shettel. "It's graceful and romantic with high-wattage sparkle." Mr. Shettel was inspired by translucent ice sculptures, fairy tale palaces, and intricately-carved snow flora from an Ice and Snow Festival that he attended in northern Asia. "The dresses are my interpretations of a whimsical spring garden wedding in full bloom as the frosty rock crystals melt into a blizzard of beads." —Cari Wolfert
