The Blush by JLM line, created by Jim Hjelm designer Francesca Pitera, is only on its third collection, but it's already developed a reputation for creating romantic, elegant, and affordable wedding dresses. The line had just five looks this season, but each one made a statement. I particularly loved the finale gown (above), a dreamy tulle ballgown with a cotton lace v-neck bodice and grosgrain ribbon sash—the look mixes casual chic with grand elegance.
