The US Postal Service has finally released a booklet of 64-cent postage that's designed for square envelopes and other oversize mail. Since square and oversize envelopes can't be fed into the post office's machines, they need to be hand-canceled, which requires an additional 20-cent surcharge. Couples unaware of the rule had no choice but to tack on an extra 20-cent stamp before mailing their invites—unsightly and certainly not ideal. But the new 64-cent stamp solves the problem and depicts an elegant monarch butterfly; the new stamps are currently for sale at your local post office or in their online store. —Heather Lee, Editor, Brides.com
