Monesha and Jonathan met as students at the University of Maryland. On their wedding day, the bride wore a Demetrios gown from Macy's. "I went dress shopping with my mom," says Monesha. "She was neutral about every dress I tried on, then had an immediate reaction to this one." The ceremony was held in the Linden Grove at the Meridian House. "I wanted an outdoor ceremony, and this garden was so unique," says Monesha. "The tree canopy shaded us from the hot July sun." Monesha worked with Serendipity Special Events to plan her "comfortable and elegant" event.
