Liz and Jon, who met while practicing medicine in Botswana, held their casual, rustic wedding at The Pine Creek Cookhouse, a restaurant located at the base of Colorado's Elk Mountain range. "We loved the breathtaking views, plus the restaurant serves delicious local and organic food," says Liz of the venue. The couple said their vows underneath a chuppah made by the bride and groom using aspen branches. Sunny arrangements of sunflowers were placed on both sides. After the ceremony, the couple and their 85 guests headed into the restaurant to eat. The tables were decorated with small arrangements of wildflowers in shades of ivory, yellow, and light green. "We didn't want the flowers to detract from the natural beauty of the meadow outside the windows," says Liz.
