Wedding Dresses

There is nothing demure about this gown from designer Badgley Mischka's Spring 2011 Spring, and that is exactly how the designers intended it. Drawing from the swanky, casually cool 1950's style of Havana society, the collection is a mix of glamorous details and unique shapes.

"We think this gown epitomizes Old World glamour," say the designers, "It's drapey and off the shoulder and it just oozes with femininity and charm."

This gown features three tiers of elegantly draped fabric gathered at the center with romantic bows. The elements come together for a modern look with a hint of still old–time elegance. In creating the collection the designers focused on fabrics, deciding on "a lot of sheer, weightless gossamer fabrics that move beautifully".
