Elizabeth and Cem in Thompson, CT

Real Weddings

Timeless elegance informs this couple's affair, with its graceful pink and gold color scheme inspired by their china pattern. The bride, Elizabeth, wore a Reem Acra gown, chosen for its classic yet original look. Cem wore an Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo. The ceremony was held in the garden of the Lord Thompson Manor. "We fell in love with the Lord Thompson Manor from the instant we stepped inside," says Elizabeth. "The venue has tons of character, as well as overnight accommodations—Cem and I, along with our immediate families, were able to spend the entire weekend there. The manor also hosted our rehearsal dinner and morning-after brunch."
