The inspiration for this gown, style name: Tristan—as well as the complete Spring 2010 Vineyard collection—was the changing of the seasons. Designer Mark Brower explains, "the evolution of the balance between shape, volume, form and texture."
He describes the Tristan gown as, "guipure lace appliqued onto satin-faced organza creating a striking contrast between the rich dimensional lace and the air and lightness of the organza skirt." —Anne Chertoff
