Skip the cheesy party favors and give your guests something delicious and locally-made instead. Boulder-based artisanal chocolatier Chocolove is known for its exotic flavor combos, like chilies and cherries and crystallized ginger (they have the normal stuff, too, like hazelnuts and plain milk chocolate). And the brightly-colored wrapping makes for great eye candy—each bar is meant to resemble a love letter, complete with a romantic poem inside.
