Jim Hjelm designer Francesca Pitera tells us that her newest collection will be soft, dreamy and ethereal. "I was inspired by French Impressionist paintings (such as the works of Monet and Degas) when designing for the Spring 2010 season. Lace, embroidery, and appliques carry out a floral motif throughout the collection," she says. "I also used quite a bit of tulle and organza to give the line a light and airy feel."
