Just like letterpress

If you love the look of letterpress invitations, but don't love the price, check out Washington, DC-based Etsy seller Letterpress Light. Designer Heather Noss uses a unique technique to create the look of letterpress, but in a much more affordable way. She prints the invitation using standard flat printing, and then presses uninked plates over the design to create the texture letterpress is known for. This way, your invitation can feature as many colors as you want (with letterpress, this would cause the price to skyrocket), and still get that letterpress look and feel. Aside from the lovely designs featured on Heather's Etsy site, she can also create custom orders. Visit Letterpress Light's Etsy site for more information. —Kim Forrest, Editor, Brides Washington/Brides Maryland
