Jacksonville-based bakery CamiCakes makes some of the sweetest cupcakes I've seen. Owner Andra Hall whips up more than 15 different flavors, including lemon drop, sweet potato, pineapple toasted coconut, and her signature confection made from yellow sponge cake topped with sweet butter cream frosting.
