Calling all military brides! In honor of Veterans Day, Brides Across America is teaming up with salons across the country to give away free wedding gowns to military brides from November 8th to 16th. The dresses range in size from 4 to 22 and are worth about $500 to $3,000. To receive a gown, you must be engaged, be on active duty in the military or have a fiance on active duty in either Iraq or Afghanistan. You don't need to live in the area where the giveaway is taking place, but be sure to bring along identification, a copy of your deployment papers or other proof of your military affiliation.
