One of my favorite bakeries, Baked, located in Red Hook, Brooklyn, just released a book titled Baked: New Frontiers in Baking. The book includes tons of recipes for delicious treats, like S'more Nut Bars, Almond Green Tea cupcakes, and their signature brownies (hailed as one of Oprah's favorite things).
If you're the DIY type, follow the recipes to make yummy, homemade wedding favors (or, if you're the type who uses her oven for storage, take note of the fact that Baked will ship their cookies and brownies anywhere in the country).
