Looking for a way to include your children in your wedding? James Gandolfini is a great example of a groom who made sure that his wedding was all about merging two families. The Sopranos star had his eight-year-old son Michael act as his best man when he wed longtime girlfriend Deborah Lin in Hawaii last Saturday. James's isn't the only celeb to include his offspring--last June, country star Sara Evans was walked down the aisle by her three children. Looking for ideas for your own wedding? Involve older children in the festivities by including them in your wedding party or asking them to perform a special task during the celebration. Younger children can act as flower girls or ring bearers.

Wedding Wisdom: Before you assign children roles, ask them what they would like to do. A shy teenager might prefer serving as an usher to giving a speech. If your children don't want to be in the wedding party, you can still make them a part of the celebration by including them in the wedding planning and asking for their opinions on decorations, flowers and menus.
