I saw these chocolate gondolas as part of a dessert spread at an event for Vail Resorts a couple months ago, and thought they were so cute—each "gondola" is filled with different flavored chocolate truffles. The confections were created by Ned Archibald, the pastry chef at Keystone Resort in Colorado.
