Style times ten

Eric Curtis

Looking for a bridesmaid dress that will truly please all of your friends? At twobirds, bad dresses are definitely a thing of the past. The designer offers dresses that can be wrapped in ten unique ways, allowing each of your friends to wear the dress in that way that best flatters her. Offered in a palette of ten colors, the dresses (which range from $270 to $290), are made to fit women of all shapes and sizes.

"When I was getting married last March I couldn't believe there wasn't one option for my maids that reflected their individual styles but offered the consistency that I was looking for," says owner Ariane Goldman. "I had a vintage dress that could be tied in various ways so I modernized it to drape nicely on all their bodies and matched it to my sash." And bridesmaid dresses are just the beginning for Ariane. The designer is introducing bandeaus, as well as sashes for flower girls. Check out all of her designs at —Kathryn Papanek
