Our whole office fell in love with these delicious Parisian macaroons. Created by Paulette Koumetz and Hôtel Plaza Athénée pastry chef Christophe Michalak, the cookies come in unexpectedly mouth-watering flavors like violet cassis and Sicilian pistachio. Even better, the cute macaroon-shaped cut-outs in these favor boxes ($4 for a box of two) give your guests a glimpse of the vivid-hued treats inside. The Beverly Hills bakery also does special events (they recently worked with Tori Spelling) and can make towered cakes made up of individual cookies and custom heart-shaped macaroons.
