Deep discount wedding dress sales announced
Filene's Basement's Running of the Brides, a discount wedding dress sale that claims to compare engagement women looking for their perfect dress to bulls set on the loose, has become a nationwide phenomenon, attracting women from around the country.
While we may not like the comparison, the sale and its crazy discounts (most dresses are $249 but all are under $700) could bring out the freak in anyone. The schedule for the 2010 sales around the country has been announced, so if you're interested go with a lot of friends, don't worry about getting a dress that is a couple sizes too big (even with alternation costs you most likely will still be getting a deal), and wear undergarments that you wouldn't mind the whole store seeing as you might not be able to get a dressing room. Good luck!
