Wedding money saving tips from real brides

Don't have a large budget? Don't worry! This week in our Brides.com Forums brides talk about the tips and tricks they are using to save money on their weddings. See what our brides have to say here
Some brides are opting not to have a full meal. "It's nice to offer some kind of refreshments. The minimum would be wedding cake, punch, coffee or tea. If funds permit, you could add little finger sandwiches, teeny cocktail hot dogs and a selection of cheese," says AuntoftheBride.
Others suggest making the guest list first to help determine how much money they will be able to spend. "You should make a list of people that you absolutely could not do without at your wedding. See how many people that comes to," says HappyGirl13.
And some brides like the idea of choosing to spend money on the most important parts of the wedding. "I would also like to add that you should make a list of everything you want to include in your wedding and prioritize what is most important to you," says BrighterThanSunshine.
