    Baker Buddy Valastro's cake commandments

We absolutely love the delicious and beautiful treats that come out of Buddy Valastro's Carlos' Bakery—but what we really like about his show Cake Boss on TLC is his hysterical family. We've noticed that Buddy has developed some "cake commandments" that he uses frequently around the bakery with his family/employees. We told Buddy our favorites and asked him to give us an explanation! Here are our favorites:

Commandment: It's go time! The little hand is on the G and the big hand is on the O.
"Cranking out 50-60 wedding cakes a week (on top of all the birthday cakes and other cakes we do) is no small task. While we like to have fun, sometimes we have to put our heads down and get the job done," says Buddy.

    Commandment: Stop breaking my balls
"Usually in response to one of my sisters"

    Commandment: I got tricks
"Usually used when I come up with a short-cut or easier way to get the job done."

    Commandment: That's very sexy
"I use 'sexy' as a way to say something is nice, or in-style."

    Commandment: Let's break
"After a long day, we get the team together and call it a night—there's always tomorrow!"

Commandment: It's all about the family
"At the end of the day they are your blood, we fight and yell, but you love them."
