Whoop! There it is!

I recently tried some phenomenal whoopie pies by DeLuscious Cookies + Milk in Los Angeles. They were red velvet-flavored—a whoopie pie variety I never knew existed. And pictured here is the bakery's decadent peanut butter whoopie pie that's filled with handmade marshmallows, buttercream, and grape jelly reduction. The old-school treats are totally making a comeback (check out The New York Times' recent coverage) and make a wonderful take-home wedding favor. Package the goodies in a bag bearing the message "Whoopie! We're married!" Visit the bakery's retail shop on North Highland Avenue or order the treats online.
