Mouthwatering favors

Just to reiterate: The best favors are edible ones. Bonus points if said favors are locally made. Double bonus points if they're crazy delicious, like the cookies, brownies and biscotti from Whimsy & Spice , based in Brooklyn's Park Slope neighborhood. Especially cool are their homemade marshmallows—they come in three flavors, chocolate, cardamom, and caramel, or they'll whip up custom marshmallow flavors, such as grapefruit, lemongrass, or mint chocolate, for any event upon request. The treats can be packaged in boxes wrapped with tibetan or japanese handmade paper, and tied with raffia.—Lauren Matthews, editor, Brides New York
