A cupcake alternative

Cupcakes are pretty much a guaranteed crowd-pleaser but if you're looking something a bit more unique, check out the desserts by Miami Beach-based Tea Time Cakes. Former Dolphins cheerleader Jenny Ortiz recently launched her sweets company and creates beautiful fondant-covered confections, including her dome-shaped miniature cakes. The diminutive desserts come adorned with fondant flowers, bows, and embellishments; I think a collection of mini cakes would make a sweet dessert display at your reception. Wow, i had no idea that a cupcake could be shaped like that, its totally beautiful.The will really be beautiful for my Miami Wedding in South Florida this spring.I am taking this pic to my cake lady today.
