Something to sip on
I love the idea of incorporating locally distilled liquor into your cocktail hour. Philadelphians should consider offering Bluecoat Gin, a dry gin that is distilled using organic juniper berries. Check out the "Mixology" section of their website for some drink ideas. My pick? The Bluecoat Tom Collin.
