Disneyland musical marriage proposal
Every woman dreams of finding her Prince Charming. So, what better place than at the Magic Kingdom? On June 6th, exactly one year after meeting at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, John proposed to Erika with a choreographed song-and-dance in the middle of the park's Main Street. An unexpected cast of characters emerged from the crowd to join John as hundreds of onlookers observed the bona fide fairy tale. The event was alluring and eccentric, and some people speculate that the polished performance was entirely staged. Regardless, since the video's YouTube debut, the park has seen a recent increase in the number of people calling the Guest Relations and Fairy Tale Weddings departments to inquire about staging their own Disneyland proposals. Publicity stunt or not, here's to living happily ever after. —Melanie Baevsky
