Fun for the flower girl
Courtesy of Mackensley Designs
In the Spring/Summer 2009 issue of Brides Houston, you'll find the story "The Smallest Star," where we feature our favorite flower girl dresses with unique accessories for your littlest attendant. I recently came across a Houston-based Etsy seller, Mackensley Designs, who creates fun pomanders for flower girls. I particularly love this "green berry" pomander—it's so different and has a very modern-rustic feel. Mackensley Designs also sells ring bearer "nests," and customized boxes for cards. Visit Mackensley Designs' Etsy site, and be sure to check out the Spring/Summer 2009 issue of Brides Houston—it's on stands now!—Kim Forrest, Editor, Brides Houston

Her stuff is THE BEST!! I ordered moss monograms and a card box from her etsy store and both items FAR surpassed my expectations! I can't wait to show off her work at my wedding in September!
