Brides are Talking
Would you have a girls' and guys' night out?

This week in our Brides.com Forums everyone is talking about whether it's a good idea to have a joint bachelor/bachelorette party. Check out what brides are saying now and then visit our poll to vote on whether you'd have a joint party.
Some brides think that a joint party is a great way to say goodbye to the single life. "I think having a combined party is an awesome idea. I usually have a lot more fun with guys anyway, so my fiance and I planned a whole day event for our party," says CarlyMKirschner.
Others feel that a girls' night out might be a better way to celebrate. "Personally I think it's weird. I do know people who have done it, and I always wonder 'Can they not be apart for just one night?'"
And some brides believe it depends on whether you and your guy have the same group of friends. "If you have mostly mutual friends then I say go for the combined party," says FutureMrsB2010. "But if your friends and his friends tend to run in different circles you might want to consider separate parties."
