Runway Review
Morning Aria
New York—This morning Aria held their presentation at New York's Jean Georges restaurant. What a beautiful and serene way to start the morning.
They showed 12 dresses. Known for their nicely priced bridesmaid dresses, Aria is also showing wedding gowns that adhere to the same philosophy. You can customize the silhouette, the fabric, the length, the ribbon detail and color while working directly with the company.
For the sweetheart neckline strapless dress shown here, the designer, Tak Hau, added a chic bolero. "We only do faux fur!" he told us.
It was a very elegant presentation all around, from the hair (our sr. editor is going to weigh in on a fabulous and surprising hair accessory that all the models used!) to make-up to the Temple St. Clair jewelry. With the bridesmaid dresses hovering below $200 and wedding gowns from $200 - $400, these are very sophisticates options.—Michelle Preli
