Runway Review
Maternity bridesmaid dresses from Alfred Angelo
This morning the Brides.com edit team visited the Alfred Angelo showroom to see the new collections for the Piccione, Sapphire and Alfred Angelo bridal and bridesmaid lines as well as the launch of their new bridal line, Niki. (Click here to see our review of all the Alfred Angelo lines, including the new Niki Bridal collection!)
Designer Michale Shettel also showed us their new bridesmaid dresses and a few new designs specifically for pregnant bridesmaids. Well, I had to see this line because as they say these days, bridesmaid dresses can be worn again as non-bridesmaid dresses, and since I'm pregnant and need a formal gown for a black tie wedding this weekend I was thrilled to see maternity bridesmaid dresses.
This is me in one of their strapless knit gowns in navy (or cobalt depending on which editor you ask) that I will be wearing to this weekend's wedding. I already have the perfect shoes to go with it! —Anne Chertoff
