I recently became smitten with the whimsical work of Ann Arbor baker Courtney Clark. While attending the Art Institute of Chicago, Courtney discovered a world of "edible art" and decided to change career paths. She now creates over-the-top sculptural cakes for weddings and other special events. Her work has even been showcased on the Food Network.
