New wedding venue

A new wedding venue has opened up on the waterfront in Jersey City, and it looks like a definite find, particularly if you're planning on hosting a wedding with a long guest list. The Westin Jersey City Newport has the largest ballroom in Jersey City, at 10,200 square feet. It can hold 750 for a seated dinner, and 1,450 for a standing reception. The hotel will also have a South Asian catering department, which will specialize in cuisine from that region. And with 429 guest rooms, it's a great place for your out-of-town guests to stay while they're in Jersey.
