    I've been on a total fascinator kick the past few months, and this emerald-green beauty is one of my absolute favorites. Made by Los Angeles-based House of Telsa, the gorgeous headpiece is fashioned from silk dupioni that's been hand-shaped into a fabulous rosette; the flower is surrounded by bits of tulle studded with sparkling Swarovski crystals. The design is attached to a hair comb, so the fascinator is sure to stay put.
