Words of wisdom

Courtesy of Inkspot Workshop
Searching for something to occupy guests at a bridal shower (aside from watching the guest of honor open an endless array of gifts)? Look no further than these cute "Notes for the Bride-To-Be" from Atlanta-based Inkspot Workshop. Guests write words of wisdom, ranging from "Never go to bed angry" to "Ask before deleting his favorite show from your TiVo," on the cards and present them to the bride-to-be. It's an activity both older and younger guests can participate in—it could be fun to have each guest read their advice out loud during the shower for some added laughter and tears. The wording, fonts, and graphics on the cards are totally customizable, and the set comes packaged in a cute blue box. $17 for 20 cards. Visit Inkspot Workshop's Etsy site for more information.—Kim Forrest, Assistant Editor, Brides Local Magazines
