Guest Blogger: Vera Wang
New Web site: verawangonweddings.com

Henry Leutwyler
I am thrilled to be a guest blogger this week on Brides.com and introduce you to my new website verawangonweddings.com.
I developed verawangonweddings.com as a very special, bride-centric and lifestyle-centric Web site. My ultimate goal is to offer you a uniquely intimate guide through the wedding process. It is my way of being there with you to help make the decisions and choices that will affect your lives.
verawangonweddings.com is designed to replicate a bridal boutique experience with an online bridal registry, unique content, gown and maid's gallery, and interactive wedding planning. It's not only about product; it's about style and a unique modern sense of romance and fashion.
This week, we will be exploring essential wedding topics such as the choice of the wedding gown, items registry, the accessories, and the day of and after the wedding. Take me with you on this journey. —Vera Wang

Vera, your newest gowns are lovely but, especially on verawang.com, your models are ghastly thin and pale, really sickly looking. I understand that slim models look better in the dresses, but these anorexics look like concentration camp survivors. Why not use healthy-looking girls--and put some blush on them?
