Save the reapplication for the powder room. Your best bet is to do a little preventative lip prep that will ensure your lipstick survives the Caesar salad. Use a liner to fill in your entire lip and then apply a matching lipstick with a brush. Blot lips, add some gloss, and you're good to go. Another option: Try a long-lasting color or stain with plenty of staying power. Just bear in mind that they tend to be a bit drying, so keep a moisturizinglip balm handy. --Heather Leo
