Momofuku, a Korean-American noodle bar that opened in Manhattan's East Village in 2004, is way up on the hipster hotlist. But when the Momofuku Milk Bar (their quirky version of a bakery) dove into the wedding cake business a couple weeks ago, we took pause. Not that we'd expect this cool company to do something trad.
